送给渔夫和小飞象的孕妇菜谱
[color=#000080]·原 料: 桂圆150克、牛肉200克、精盐适量。
·操 作:
1 、将牛肉洗净切块。

2、桂圆去壳取肉，洗净。

3、将牛肉块和桂圆肉放在沙锅中，注入清水，煲2小时，加精盐调味即成。

萝卜炖羊肉
[color=#000080]原 料: 羊肉500克、萝卜300克、生姜少许、香菜、精盐、胡椒、食醋各适量。
·操 作:
1 、将羊肉洗净，切成2厘米见方的块。

2、萝卜洗净，切成3厘米见方的块。

3、香菜洗净、切段。将羊肉、生姜、精盐放入锅中，加适量清水，武火烧开，改文火煎熬1小时，再放入萝卜块煮熟，加入香菜、胡椒和少许食醋调味即可。
