由于最近要出租我的房子，结果，莫名其妙的受到类似的信件数封。:2000000" /> 请切记，中国的古语“天上不会掉馅饼的”。所以一定要警惕。我把内容copy给大家参考一下。。

Regarding the Payment,I want you to know that I will  be making the payment for a 3 Months which is £600.I will instruct my client to issue to you a cheque of £3,800 in which you will deduct the cost of the rent plus additional £50 for running around and then send the remaining funds to my son traveling agent who will handle my son flight and every other thing.

I want you to kindly consider the room rented to my son cos he is surely moving in.he will be staying for  a period of 3 months so subsequent rents will be paid monthly or weekly depending on how you want it.

In view of this,I want you to kindly get back to me asap with your full name, contact address and phone  number both home and mobile so that I can instruct my associate to issue the cheque to you.I wait to read from you soonest and do have a lovely weekend.

My daughter's name is Kristina Hanson,she is 27 years old female Australian,She don't drink nor smoke but she's cool living with people that do,no pets and no boyfriend because of what was done to her.. She likehonest,responsible,trustworthy and hardworking people while She dislike lazy,messy,uncaring people and She love pets so much,She's quiet and easy going person to live with. She's 5"7' straight. She always love to go on date but seldomly party. She swim for fun and sometimes play tennis.I must confess am confortable with the price  and I will  want to secure the place down before her arrival so i will want you to tell me all about the place,as she can't see it before her arrival but the pictures...I also will want you to know that she have a car that she will be coming over with,and little of her furnitures,please let me know if there will be room for them..

Moreover,Let me also know how i can go about securing the place down before her arrival as she will also be busy from next week preparing to come over.

呵呵，凡是有碰到这种号称自己是什么什么公司要什么什么信息的，
一律让他们靠边站，
如果实在拿不准觉得可能不是骗子的，
就让他们寄信过来书面沟通。

出門在外，是要小心。

骗人的信还有模板的， 两份都差不多

说起模版， 说不准还是某些软件默认的， 只要输入阁下的名字就自动生成， :280000

问了，有朋友接到这样的邮件，而且在这之前是有打电话的。甚至收到了大额支票，不过一看就是假支票。

估计是骗那些没有经验又贪心的人，他们会去银行落支票，如果银行当时没有发现是假支票。也许会造成假象，以致被骗人损失钱财！
