flat to rent

I've got a flat in courthouse,city center,2 miniutes to lidl and abertay university, my contract will end at 7 of August.
I want to rent my flat out from 6-7 of July to 7 of August.But actually you can move in from now on. The original rent fee is 217 per month which i paid to the landlord,and  i will give you a disaccount, 180 pound per month. The electricity fee now is around 20 pound during this time. Now there are only one couple live in, they will move out on 7 of July,
another couple went to spain for holiday. So probably when you move in it will be very quiet.
After August the rent fee will raise up to 300(if you want to sign a new contract for one year with landlord). The condition of the flat is very good,with private Toilet&shower room.So it's very suitable for people who wish to have a short-term accomodation.

对于新同学来说很理想的落脚处。有这一个月你就可以在外面租房子了。学校的房子很贵而且合同要一年。

多谢LZ啦！确实是个很好的建议，由于时间比较紧，我也来不及多看房，所以只能是先找地方住下来然后慢慢找，这两天我再找找，要是没有其它解决的办法，我就联系你！谢啦！

LS我又改变主意啦，现在正在找房呢，而且非常紧急！星期六也就是明天我就要从学校宿舍搬出来了。

那你还不快点接手LZ的房子,180很便宜了
