上次BBQ没去，这次补上～～

一下是我想到的一些可以烧烤的东西，
羊肉串， 牛肉串， 香肠，蔬菜，馒头干，土豆，红薯，鱿鱼，
暂时想到这些，请大家补充及提意见。
PS: 还有谁有时间帮忙准备，站内pm一下！

我们可以自己做burger，超级方便，又便宜

由于各种原因，住宿和人员安排发生了一些变动，请详见二楼更新。

一楼：
4. Driver 劳务费，由于湖区大多是小路，开车的人需要很高的注意力来保证大家的安全，因而会容易消耗大量的体力，但本着为Dunnese服务的精神，我建议每人每天10镑。
二楼：
住宿两夜玩三日费用为：￡70.00（住宿）+ ￡20.00（油费+司机劳务费）

20磅钱既包括油费，也包括司机劳务费么

从DUNDEE到湖区，用GOOGLE MAP查了下，单程有将近200MILE。
建议是不是油费按每一部车，乘客均摊。。。。

HI, tom, 刚看到这消息， 星期五我要送外卖， 不过我一定尽力做BBQ的准备工作， 我看这样吧， 你说的要准备的东西已经比较齐全了，我都没想到有什么补充了， 你们列出所有食物的单子，我去TESCO买（有些可以到了商店想起来买什么，我再打电话问问）， 如果要到万福行或者别的地方买的，请在单子上注明， 你们列好了后， 我晚上抽空到你们那里拿，然后晚上就可以去TESCO把它搞定，应该OK的


还有个问题就是，买了后东西怎么放？ 是分别放每个司机的车上，还是先集中放一个地方，然后出发的时候分放？？？？ 请商量：）:140000

看来真是引起误会了，以上费用£20(油费+辛苦费）是每个人都需要交的，不是给司机的费用。

那就是所有住宿两夜玩三日的人都要交£20给组织咯？
油费怎么平摊呀？？
辛苦费是给谁呢？

R u sure there will still be some money left?
why not seperate the labor cost and petrol cost.
Say £10 per day for each driver, 3 days, drivers take £30 and 2 days, drivers take £20.
if we know the distance, say 400 miles for each car(two days tour may less). £15-£20 pounds for per 100 miles. we will know how much money totally. and people can share the money.
maybe we can seperate the money from drivers and passengers.

为方便统计和计算，以上规则适用于所有参加人员包括司机, 钱在BBQ的时候收齐, 收齐后由五位队长共同讨论决定油费和辛苦费的问题！

正在列要买东西的单，饮料就主要买非酒精的可乐和果汁了。大家有什么意见尽快提，明天就要去买东西了。

我这边有烧烤的铁板， 酒精膏，木炭，烧烤用叉子等工具，到时候会带过去。

没有一次性的杯子，叉子，盘子和纸巾。

其实JACK.ZEE的担心是有道理的，万一总数都不够，怎么办？

你的木炭和一次性餐具有多少，如果够用我们就不再买了

你的算法好像有点不对，如果按每人每天10pound加上住宿费，三天的应该是70+30=100p，两天的30+20=50.油费另算我估计每个车大约50-60p，人均10p左右。你看这样是不是比较合理。

不过我们知道,毛小毛也知道阿..明儿个给你们两口打电话,再确定下具体操作..:140000

"如果按每人每天10pound 加上住宿费，三天的应该是70+30=100p" is the £10 for labor? if it's for labor, nothing to do with the accormandations. i dont knwo who pay the"70+30=100p", drivers or passengers.

My point is: do drivers need to pay their own labours to themselves?
If drivers pay the petrol and labor fees as passengers do, it doesnt make any sense.

ok, all people pay the accormandation fees, that's fine. if we forget accormandation fees, the rest are petrol and labour fees (we share the cost for food)

say labour: £10 for each driver per day, 4 drivers for 3days and 1 driver for one day, so £10*3*4+£10*2*1=£140; petrol: 400miles return for a car for 3days tour, 350 miles return for 2days tour, so total miles: 400*4+350=1950 miles, if £15 per 100 miles, petrol cost will be £15*19.5=£292.5 pounds; total labour and petrol: £140+£292.5=£432.5.
the £432.5 should be shared by the passengers(excluding drivers), so each passenger: £432.5/20=£21.625.

is that correct?
anyway, we can discuss that on the day .

jack you got it wrong, you are driver but you are also take the tour. So the petrol cost should shared by everyone, incleding drivers.

Hey Chaps, sorry for not able to type in Chinese!

It has been clearly stated in level 230 with regards to the fees. I do not think it will go too far away from it.  I will make sure Drivers get paid £10 per day for their contribution and fuel cost is to be shared by all of us. If there is insufficient fund, I will take the responsibility as I made the decision. However I do believe there will be sufficient money and there is possiblity to make some contribution to Dunnese Fund.

Now let's make it clear again:

The above fees does not include the money to be shared for BBQ food. Tom will give the figure to us in the event of BBQ.

So please everybody bring the above amount of money and enjoy the trip. Let drivers about the rest.

yeah, u r right, drivers should pay: £292.5/25=£11.7 for petrol as the same as others.


anyway, it's not a big issue, even like warren says, there is no much difference.
