申请PR的问题解答贴
不要被题目误会，我是问问题的。因为坛子里很多达人，我又有很多问题， 估计其他人也有，这里开个主题问下。
都是关于PR的。
下面我就开问了， 大家知道的就帮忙解答下，谢谢！

The answer of the first one:
You must not send your application more than 28 days before the end of your qualifying period. However, you must make your application before your current permission to stay in the United Kingdom expires.
if you are under a work permit statu, your qualifying period is 5 years under the work visa scheme. In this case, you can apply for PR on the time from 4 year and 11 month since you obtained your work permit.

问题二：
清楚了， 关于Work Permit的。
但是， 如果是以前拿的Fresh Talent， 现在拿的Work Permit, 那之前的Fresh Talent算在这个所谓的5年期限之内吗？

No, The period of fresh talent scheme is not within the 5 years qualifying periods even though you have worked under FT before.

pr就是永居，拿了永居以后就是英国的永久居民，可以随时出入英国而不需要再签签证，永居一年以后如果愿意，可以申请入籍。

有了pr，可以无限制在英国工作或者读书。但是一般外国人拿英国的pr的途径是先找到工作，然后混年头。除非你找有身份的人结婚。。

哎呀，我当然知道PR是永久居留啦，刚申请完香港的PR嘛，不过问题是，发现除了旅行方便以外，好像也没啥特别的好处了，所以呢，想知道有什么实际的好处，比如，与众不同的福利等

社会福利等同英国人。但是英国政府有在考虑免除这一项的可能性。就是要逼别人入籍呢，讨厌！
