Flat recommended (NOTE: THE FLAT HAS BEEN TAKEN BY SOMEBODY)

Hi, i'd like to introduce a flat to you guys:

One bedroom flat located at Scott St, DD2 2AH. Bedroom and living room are separate, can both contain people. Both sizes are approximately 4.3m*4.5m. The contract will end 27th Aug. I've lived there for nearly one year, i'll leave when contract ends. I did referbishment myself when i moved in, it's in good condition.
If anybody interested, can hv a look at the flat, leave msg here to make appointment.  

U need to sign the contract with the agent(Mr lee') if want to take it late

The flat is top floor(3rd), off city road, kitchen, bathroom, electrical cooker, no gas. rent is £260 per month at the moment, bills is about £160 every three month(based on two people), 10-15 mins walking to Dundee uni(depends how fast u walk), the nearest shop is some field supermarket.

嗯～～～听着是挺象托儿的。

传了两次照片都没成功, 其中一次显示:
"您的请求来路不正确或验证字串不符，无法提交。如果您安装了某种默认屏蔽来路信息的个人防火墙软件(如 Norton Internet Security)，请设置其不要禁止来路信息后再试。"
