【求助】环境保护在总投资中的比重？【急】

在欧美国家里，炼油和化工一体化企业中，用于环境保护方面的投资占企业总投资的比重是多少？

这超出了我的专业，我不知道从哪入手。哪位大侠能给列几篇参考文献吗？

我想这要看你的环保都包括什么东西。你可以从政府制定的规范（ｒｅｇｕｌａｔｉｏｎｓ）入手，我所知道的建筑行业的规范在３０个左右，其中一部分（ｈｅａｌｔｈ＆ｓａｆｅｔｙ，　ｅｎｖｉｒｏｎｍｅｎｔ）对所有相关企业都有约束力。投资比重很难量化，象有些规范规定企业无上限（ｃｏｓｔ）确保某项指标合格。这根本不能与其他投资混到一块。企业的规模也决定责任的大小，环保费用也不一样。现在最常讲的也是政府提倡的是ｓｕｓｔａｉｎａｂｉｌｉｔｙ．其中一部分包括环保的东西。
还有欧洲标准和中国的不一样。你要用哪边的标准来衡量。
你可以给你朋友一个描述，如果投资比例很难讲的话。

Investment or cost? although some of the capital company spend regard as investment, but it will be quite different  on the company's balance sheet. For integrated energy company，environment  cost , inculding many aspects, such as wast management, water management(discharege), enegy efficiency, emissions reduce, land recover etc. The capital is spread in every step of the operation from upstream explore to downstream retail. you have to look into their annual report and caclulate the percentage.

I assume you talking about building material, 30% from them should be recycled material as required by the regulation. This should not regards as environmental investment.
