请问下，学生租房子是不是必须是要有HMO才成？？？？？
PS：谁知道哪有独栋的房子在出租？？？？？

LZ需要注意的是，有的合同里会禁止房客转租，一定要看清楚合同。

我昨天去家租房中介，结果直接说的是不租给学生的。:80000 :80000 :80000 :80000 只能是家庭那种才能居住，郁闷了
