文化大臣表态力挺伦敦奥运会徽

<DIV class=storytext><B>伦敦2012年奥运会徽推出后争议不断，不仅八成民众破口大骂，而且宣传短片还引发癫痫病人犯病，真是一波三折。</B></DIV>
<P class=storytext>但是，英国文化大臣特莎·乔维尔（Tessa Jowell）说，伦敦奥运会徽“真棒”，而且不容更改，就是它了！</P>
<P class=storytext>乔维尔说，上周会徽推出后引发民众批评，但会“逐渐适应”，该会徽将在不同场合使用。</P>
<P class=storytext><!-- end_story -->她说：“这个会徽起码引起了人们谈论，人们开始讨论奥运会，讨论他们喜欢什么，不喜欢什么。”</P>
<P class=storytext>伦敦奥运会徽耗资40万英镑，伦敦市长肯·利文斯通（Ken Livingston）也表示不喜欢，甚至说“要是我一分钱也不会给”。</P>
<P class=storytext>但乔维尔说，这笔钱花得值。“你可以说我另类，但我觉得会徽真棒。”</P>

<P class=storytext><B>备战奥运</B></P>
<P class=storytext>与此同时，国际奥委会（International Olympic Committee）的16名官员前往伦敦，视察2012年奥运筹备工作。</P>
<P class=storytext>他们将前往伦敦奥运会主赛场、东伦敦的斯特拉福德（Stratford）。奥运村建设虽未正式开始，但铺装线路的地下隧道工程已经动工。</P>
<P class=storytext>乔维尔说，长达12公里的地下隧道基本完成，所有工作都进展顺利。</P>
<P class=storytext>伦敦市长利文斯通表示，伦敦奥运将重新改造伦敦旧区，其市政遗产不容低估，2012年奥运会将成为继巴塞罗那奥运会后最成功的一届。</P>
<P class=storytext>乔维尔也赞同利文斯通的观点，她透露了“最为宏大的奥运遗产”计划：</P>
<P class=storytext>·使英国成为世界体育强国；</P>
<P class=storytext>·使伦敦东端（East End）中心地带“脱胎换骨”、面貌一新；</P>
<P class=storytext>·让年轻一代人能有机会参与奥运志愿工作；</P>
<P class=storytext>·注重环境，让奥林匹克公园实现持续发展；</P>
<P class=storytext>·进一步推动英国成为创新和包容之都。</P>
